How to ensure that unlinked documents get found. If someone makes a document and does not immediately connect it with the proper tags, then it will be nearly lost until it is stumbled upon at a later time.
Is there a way to crawl through the documents to check for how many links out of it there are.
Links in the ToC should be primarily to tag names at first. more in-depth category can replace those tag searches when necessary.
Categorical; (a self-populating list? that would be ideal, what can work for now javascript expanding tree?)
