Youth

Page history last edited by PBworks 16 years, 4 months ago

Youth is the period of a Shashnimyn's life which is the transition between an innocent and adulthood. It is typically a time where the innocent has chosen a family unit or community to live within and takes up apprentice-ship in the career which they show interest in. The time at which they become Youths from Innocents is not important and can occur at any age. Those which are too old to be Innocents but have not chosen to follow the path of the Youth are considered feral. Feral myns may join animal kingdoms or rebel bands. If they are fully grown and able to speak they are typically lumped with adults, but may not bear the ritual marks of earned adulthood.
